Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

After opening in July 2021 during the Covid-19 Pandemic, we found that having our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony nearing our anniversary was necessary! With the help of the Ross County Chamber of Commerce, our official Ribbon Cutting Ceremony was held on Monday, May 20th at 11:00 am at Hometown Auto!

When walking into a car dealership, people dread many things, and we want to take all the doubt away! So here at Hometown Auto, we pride ourselves on being completely transparent with the buying process. Transparency includes many factors; pricing, warranty, trade values, and loan details. We offer up-front competitive pricing, and every vehicle we put on our lot goes through a 170-point inspection! Between the Sales team and the Marketing department, we are always looking for new ways to ensure that people understand our products and the advantage of buying from Hometown!

Recently, our teams have come together and launched our TikTok platform! This way, our guys can let their goofy side out, and people realize we are just ordinary people! This makes a total of 3 Social Media platforms available, the other two being Facebook and Instagram! Our hopes are within the next 90 days to be able to produce QR codes on each of our vehicles and have a walk-around video available for every vehicle we have! Creating the QR codes will allow the customers to view all the vehicle information, walkaround video, and pricing after hours! As our Business Development Center grows, our Business Development Manager, Shawn Hucks, hopes to conduct more virtual meetings for customers to have more flexibility when shopping!

Another exciting announcement we were able to announce at our Ribbon Cutting Ceremony is the new installation of our Alignment Rack in our Service Department! Every vehicle that goes through our service department will go through our alignment rack! We have also opened our service department to accept customer appointments! Currently, we are scheduling alignments ($99.99), oil changes, and tire rotations only! However, we look to expand these services shortly! Our Internal Service Manager, Ashley Katz, says, "We are very excited to open our service department to our customers! Our certified Service Technicians also provide a free multi-point vehicle inspection with every service appointment!"
